We've awarded InMotion for offering the Best Business Hosting two years in a row now and it goes without saying that we like everything from their services to the customer support. I've tried web hosting with multiple hosting companies over the past few years and InMotion is simply the best one that I know of. I purchased hosting from them a couple years ago for a site that's no longer online, then I recently tried another big name company for my new website, but had a bad experience and went back to InMotion after remembering how great they were. Now I'm here for good. They are reliable, they make everything easy to setup and manage. They offer many services with their hosting, all for a very reasonable price. Their customer service and support is very quick and very friendly.
The tech support is quick, helpful, easy to understand, and highly intelligent. The only time my site's been down, somebody tried to hack it -- and then, Inmotion caught the attempt in progress and shut it down, so I didn't have much to clean up. You can't go wrong with InMotion. I most highly recommend them.

Fast and reliable hosting at a great price. They have several hosting options to meet your hosting needs & budget. Customer service is very helpful and they put a personal touch to your interactions. Adding additional services such as extra domains, SSL, etc can't be done from their website. You have to call or email to get pricing and add those services. But I've heard they are working to add those services to their website.

I run a small online business and I've had hosting with InMotion for a couple of years now. I haven't had that many issues with them - my site is up and running and they seem to do a good work uptime-wise. I haven't been in contact with the support team all too many times but they have done a good job the few times I had to call them. All in all a quality web host.
